This is the Go Cruise Throttle Control.  It is an el cheapo 'cruise control'.  It works quite well, and literally takes seconds to install.  Roll the Go Cruise forward when the throttle is open and it butts against the brake lever, preventing the throttle from closing.  Roll the throttle forward to disengage.  Easy Peasy.  I might adjust in another mm or so of free play on the throttle cable just to make sure I get full closure, but haven't had an issue so far.

That doesn't look like a very motorcycle-friendly tool.
Uh-oh, whats going on here?  Tiny cup holder?
Nope, I'm installing a 12v accessory plug to power my GPS, cell phone, toaster, or whatever.
I have it connected to a Battery Tender extension cable so it is unswitched, straight to the battery.  Is that better, or worse than having it switched?  Beats me, but that is how I'm rolling on this one.  I did the same thing on the mighty, mighty VX800 to no ill effect.
Will the waterproof cap remain water tight, or will it fill up with water and pop fuses every time it rains?  The 8-ball was indifferent when I asked it.
